FAQ / TERMS & CONDITIONS

How do I order? (It's really just as easy as 1,2 & 3...really!)

Step 1: 
Just either email us at cake.k.outure1@gmail.com or call us at 6012-6105153. Let us know your required cake / scheduled date / design / favours...etc (We'll work out the quote & design for you). Please be informed that all customized orders are to be done at least 4 weeks in advance.

Step 2: 
A deposit of 50% upon confirmation of order is required. (Full payment to be made when cake / cupcakes is collected).
P/S: Regret that refunds are not allowed after order is made.

Step 3:
Delivery Service can be arranged. But do let us know in advance if this is your requirement. Otherwise, self collection will be at our respective premise.

Are our cakes Halal / Alergy free cakes ?

 

Our cakes & frostings are made from Halal ingredients.

However, we do offer cakes which are infused with rum / kahlua..etc which can be substituted or omitted based on your preference. 

Meanwhile, do let us know if you or your guest have any allergies in order for us to work out something specially for you / your guest.

Tired of having tiered cakes for your wedding? Why not, have tiered miniatures cupcakes as wedding favors instead?

Our cupcakes are customizable. So, let us know what's your themed going to be, we'll draft out our designs for you to choose from & once you've confirmed, we're good to go.

FROSTING & DESIGNS

All cupcakes should have frosting to complement them. But if you prefer not, then you have the option to opt them. Designs and frosting for each theme are different, hence we do not practice standard pricing. Please feel free to contact us for more info.

 

PACKAGING

All cupcakes will come with normal white boxes. However, if you are planning to give them cupcakes as wedding favors, we do have individual boxes for sale as well.
